Some experiences to develop our body awareness both using larger and smaller movements today. These skills are so important for children to master as it allows them to freely explore the world around them, strengths muscles needed for concentration, gives them greater control over how their body moves and also just really great fun! These experiences are low prep and can be made easier or harder for each individual child. Why not make it a game, time trail or do it blindfolded!!!
